The work for me is about impact. Coaching and growing leaders grows their teachers, students, and overall schools – and when a school is strong, it is the students who benefit. In order for a school to be strong, the leader and leadership teams themselves must have not only a support system, but must be growing and developing skills constantly.  As a former Head of School, I can relate to a number of challenges leaders face on a regular basis and it is critical to coach leaders so that they are able to grow their skillset while simultaneously navigating the complexities that come along with being in their roles.”
