We look forward to hosting you in Boston for our first meeting as a full group. BES will coordinate and cover travel and accommodation for all non-local board members.
Hotel rooms have been reserved for each of you at Club Quarters Hotel in downtown Boston, across the street from the BES offices. Rooms have been booked for one night, with a checkout date of December 1. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact the hotel directly.
BES will book flights and/or trains for members traveling into the city for the meeting. Please plan to arrive in Boston by 4pm on Thursday, November 30. We will kick off the meeting with a networking dinner on November 30, followed by a full day meeting from 8am – 4pm on Friday, December 1.
